2. What TripNestIQ Does
TripNestIQ is an AI-powered travel-planning tool. It creates personalised travel suggestions and itineraries based on information entered by the user, such as departure point, destination, travel dates, number of travellers, preferences and budget.
TripNestIQ does not directly sell flights, hotels, tours, package holidays or transport services. Bookings are completed on third-party websites.

6. AI Processing and OpenAI
TripNestIQ uses OpenAI’s API to help generate travel recommendations and itineraries. Information entered into the TripNestIQ planner may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
Please do not enter passport numbers, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive personal information into the TripNestIQ chat.
OpenAI states that business and API data is not used to train its models by default. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for a limited period for service delivery, security and abuse monitoring, subject to its applicable business terms and privacy documentation.

TripNestIQ uses AI to provide recommendations and planning assistance. It does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. AI-generated travel information may contain errors and should be checked directly with airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators and official travel authorities before booking or travelling.
7. Payments Through Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, device information and transaction data in order to process payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Stripe acts as a payment service provider and may act as a processor or independent controller depending on the processing activity. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to data collected through Stripe Checkout.

8. Service Providers and Data Recipients
We may share personal data only where necessary with service providers that help operate the service, including:
