1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website easytripnest.com, the TripNestIQ AI travel-planning service, and any free or paid digital travel plan provided through them.
TripNestIQ is operated in Ireland by Oksana Petraskiene as a sole trader. In these Terms, “TripNestIQ”, “EasyTripNest”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the service.

By using the website or purchasing a TripNestIQ plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What TripNestIQ Provides
TripNestIQ is an AI-powered digital travel-planning service. It creates personalised travel suggestions and itineraries based on information entered by the user, such as:
• departure location;
• destination;
• travel dates and duration;
• number of travellers;
• travel preferences;
• accommodation preferences; and
• budget.
Depending on the plan selected, the service may provide a day-by-day itinerary, suggested flights, accommodation search guidance, activities, transport information, estimated costs, booking links, a downloadable PDF and email delivery.
TripNestIQ is a planning and information service. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, accommodation provider or package-holiday organiser.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid TripNestIQ plan.
A person under 18 may use the service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate information when using the planner. You are responsible for checking that the details entered, including dates, passenger numbers, destination and budget, are correct.
4. Free and Paid Plans
TripNestIQ may offer a limited free plan or free allowance. The free allowance may be limited by email address, device, browser, session, IP address or other reasonable anti-abuse measures.
Paid plans may include a fixed number of plan generations, comparisons, adjustments or access days. The exact features and limits displayed before purchase form part of the contract.
Unused credits or access may expire at the end of the period displayed at purchase.
You must not attempt to bypass free-plan limits, payment controls, usage limits or security measures.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TripNestIQ does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
The total amount payable will be shown before you confirm payment. Any applicable tax or additional charge required by law will be shown before payment.
A purchase is complete only when Stripe confirms successful payment.
6. Digital Delivery
TripNestIQ plans are delivered digitally.
After successful payment, access should normally be activated automatically. A generated plan may be displayed on screen and may also be available as a PDF download or email attachment.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking spam or junk folders.
If payment is successful but access is not activated, or a PDF or email is not delivered, contact easytripnest@yahoo.com and include the email address used at checkout and the approximate time of purchase. Do not send full payment-card details.
7. Immediate Performance and Right to Cancel
Consumers who buy a digital service online may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel.
Where you expressly request that TripNestIQ begins providing the digital service immediately and acknowledge that the right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed, the service may begin immediately after payment.
Your statutory cancellation rights are not removed unless the legal requirements for doing so have been met.
If no valid request for immediate performance and acknowledgement has been obtained, any applicable statutory cancellation right remains available.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish or European Union consumer law.
8. Refunds and Problems With the Service
If TripNestIQ fails to provide the paid digital service, does not match the description given before purchase, or has a significant technical fault, contact us as soon as possible.
We may first offer to:
• restore access;
• regenerate the plan;
• resend the PDF or email;
• correct a technical problem; or
• provide the purchased service again.
Where the issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, price reduction or cancellation under applicable consumer law.
A refund will not normally be provided solely because:
• you changed your mind after the service was fully delivered following valid consent to immediate performance;
• you entered incorrect travel information;
• you dislike a destination, hotel, activity or other suggestion;
• a third-party price or availability changed;
• a third-party provider declined or cancelled a booking; or
• you did not use available credits before their stated expiry.
These limits do not apply where the service is faulty, not supplied, not as described, or where consumer law gives you a remedy.
Refund requests should be sent to easytripnest@yahoo.com with the purchase email, purchase date and a clear description of the issue.
9. AI-Generated Information
TripNestIQ uses artificial intelligence to create travel suggestions.
AI-generated content may contain mistakes, outdated information, unsuitable recommendations or incorrect assumptions. It is provided as planning assistance and not as a guarantee.
Before booking or travelling, you must verify important information directly with the relevant provider or official authority, including:
• live prices and availability;
• flight times and baggage rules;
• hotel location, facilities and cancellation terms;
• visa and passport requirements;
• entry, health and vaccination requirements;
• insurance needs;
• local laws and safety guidance;
• accessibility requirements;
• transport schedules; and
• activity restrictions.
TripNestIQ does not provide legal, immigration, medical, financial or safety advice.
10. Estimated Prices and Budgets
Prices, budgets and totals shown by TripNestIQ may be estimates.
Travel prices and availability can change at any time. Currency conversion, taxes, baggage, resort fees, local charges, deposits, insurance and optional extras may not always be included.
The final price is the price shown by the third-party provider before you complete a booking.
11. Third-Party Booking Services
TripNestIQ may display or link to third-party travel providers, booking platforms, airlines, hotels, tour operators, activity providers, transport services or comparison websites.
All bookings are made directly with the third-party provider. A separate contract is created between you and that provider.
TripNestIQ is not responsible for:
• accepting or managing the booking;
• charging for the third-party travel service;
• changes, delays or cancellations;
• refunds owed by the third-party provider;
• the condition or quality of accommodation, transport or activities;
• the provider’s terms, privacy practices or customer service; or
• loss caused by the provider’s acts or omissions.
You must read the provider’s terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy before booking.
12. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links, widgets and booking buttons are affiliate links.
If you click an affiliate link and make a booking or purchase, EasyTripNest may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not change the price shown to you by the provider. We aim to present relevant options, but we do not guarantee that an affiliate option is the cheapest or best available choice.
13. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• provide accurate and lawful information;
• use the service only for personal travel planning unless we agree otherwise;
• protect any purchase link, access token or session information;
• check all important travel information before booking;
• comply with third-party booking conditions;
• use suitable travel insurance where appropriate; and
• contact us promptly if you identify a technical problem.
You remain responsible for your own booking decisions and travel arrangements.
14. Prohibited Use
You must not:
• attempt to bypass payment, access or usage limits;
• interfere with the website, API, server or security controls;
• use automated scripts, scraping tools, bots or bulk requests without written permission;
• copy, resell or commercially redistribute generated plans or website content;
• upload malicious code;
• impersonate another person;
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• submit payment-card numbers, passport numbers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information into the AI planner; or
• use the service in a way that could damage TripNestIQ or other users.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, security risks or material breach of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
The TripNestIQ name, website design, software, original text, graphics, branding and generated presentation format are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use a purchased travel plan for your own travel planning.
You may save, print and share your personal plan with people travelling with you.
You may not resell, publish, copy in bulk, create a competing service from, or commercially exploit TripNestIQ content, code or generated plans without written permission.
Third-party names, images, widgets and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep TripNestIQ available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, third-party APIs, internet failures, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
We may improve, modify or replace features, provided this does not unlawfully reduce a paid service already purchased.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, TripNestIQ is not responsible for losses caused by:
• reliance on unverified AI-generated information;
• price or availability changes;
• third-party bookings, cancellations, delays or service failures;
• failure to obtain passports, visas, insurance or required documents;
• use of the service contrary to these Terms; or
• events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to a paid TripNestIQ plan will not exceed the amount paid for that plan.
This limitation does not apply where a different remedy or level of liability is required by law.
18. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is handled according to the TripNestIQ Privacy Policy.

The website may use necessary cookies or browser storage to operate TripNestIQ, maintain sessions, remember settings, apply access limits and prevent misuse.
Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used according to applicable consent requirements.

• the purchase date;
• the plan purchased; and
• a clear description of the issue.
We will aim to acknowledge the complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable time.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, technology or third-party providers.
The date at the top shows the latest revision.
Changes will not remove statutory rights or unfairly alter a paid contract already completed.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
